    Hi CREPS,

Thanks for your using Jotform. Our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question, it is not necessary to use HTML code to create a form in Jotform. You can easily create forms using our drag-and-drop Form Builder, where you simply drag the fields you want onto your form and customize them without any coding. This makes form creation quick and user-friendly, even if you don't have any programming experience.

Jotform is an online form builder that provides a number of tools and 10,000+ customized templates. Dragging and dropping features or elements makes it really easy to create forms. I'll help you do it:

    1. On your Workspace page, in the top-left corner of the page, click on Create.

    2. Then, click on Form and, select Create From Scratch.

    3. On the next page, select Classic form if you want to show multiple form elements on a page, and choose Card form if you want the form elements shown individually on each page of the form.

    4. In Form Builder, click on Add Element in the left corner of the page to see the complete list of Form Elements, Payment Gateways, and Widgets.

    5. In the menu that opens, drag and drop the Form Elements, Payment Gateway and Widgets you want to use.
