Agent Instagram : L'agent ne cesse pas les réponses automatiques lors d'une intervention manuelle

Bonjour, Je rencontre un problème avec mon agent Instagram configuré pour mon compte. J’ai configuré une règle pour que dès que j’envoie manuellement le message « je reprend la conversation », l’agent cesse immédiatement toute réponse automatique à tous les comptes qui interagissent avec mon compte, sans envoyer de message automatique, et ne reprenne que lorsque j’envoie « je laisse l’agent pour la suite ». Cependant, malgré cette configuration, l’agent continue de répondre automatiquement, ce qui perturbe mes échanges manuels.
