Now, coming back to your question, I have checked the QR code widget on your form, and it seems like it's not configured. Here's how you can do it:
- While in Form Builder, click on the field to select it.
- Click on Wand icon next to the widget.
- From the right panel, under the Message to encode, enter the message you wish to be encoded for the QR.
