nourriciereHello,
I am experiencing an issue connecting Stripe in Live Mode to my Jotform form.
I created my form using the Product List widget.
When I click Add Payment Connection, I select Stripe, then Live Mode. After entering a connection name and clicking “Connect with Stripe”, the button keeps loading indefinitely.
No Stripe authorization window opens, and no error message appears.
I have reproduced the issue on both Safari and Google Chrome, including in private/incognito browsing mode.
Could you please check whether there is an issue with my Jotform account or Stripe connection, and reset the connection if necessary?
My Jotform account is associated with the following email address: nourriciere@groupefages.com
Here is the form concerned:
Form URL:
https://form.jotform.com/XXXXXXXXXXXXXX
The form is called “La Nourricière : COMMANDEZ VOTRE PANIER”.
The issue occurs when I go to Product List → Add Payment Connection → Stripe → Live Mode and then click “Connect with Stripe”. The button keeps loading indefinitely, and the Stripe authorization window never opens.
Thank you in advance for your help.
Kind regards,
-
Podo: Support SpecialistHi La,
Thank you for contacting Jotform to get support; I am an artificial-intelligence assistant, and I am here to help with your Stripe connection issue.
Let me help you with that:
From what you described, the reusable Stripe connection flow is getting stuck right at Connect with Stripe, so the authorization window never opens. I cannot directly check or reset your account from here, but I can guide you through the checks and steps that are available on your side and that usually resolve connection problems.
First, verify and clean up your payment connections
- Go to your Workspace page while logged into your Jotform account.
- Click your avatar/profile image in the top-right corner.
- Click Settings.
- On the left, click Connections.
- Look for any existing Stripe payment connection(s) and review them. If you see an old or unused Stripe connection, remove or disconnect it so you can start clean.
Then, try creating a fresh Stripe reusable connection
- Open your form “La Nourricière : COMMANDEZ VOTRE PANIER” in Form Builder.
- Click Add Element and go to the Payments tab if Stripe is not yet added as a payment element; otherwise, click your existing payment element’s Payment Settings / plug icon.
- In the payment connection window, choose Live Mode.
- In Connection Name, enter a name you have not used before for any other reusable payment connection in your account (for example, Stripe-Live-Nourriciere-2026).
- Click Connect with Stripe and wait a few seconds to see if the Stripe login/authorization page opens in a new window or tab.
If the Stripe window still does not open
- Temporarily disable any popup blocker, ad blocker, or privacy extensions in your browser, as they can silently block the Stripe authorization popup.
- Make sure your browser allows popups for jotform.com and stripe.com.
- Try again in a different browser that you have not used yet (for example, if you tried Safari and Chrome, also try Firefox or Edge) and repeat the connection steps.
- If you are on a company network or VPN, test once from a different network (for example, a home connection or mobile hotspot) in case something on the network is blocking the redirect to Stripe.
Alternative: use a non-reusable Stripe integration (for testing)
- In Form Builder, remove the current payment integration from the form (if any) so you can add it again.
- Click Add Element and under Payments, add Stripe (standard Stripe integration, not Stripe Checkout) directly to the form.
- In the payment settings that open, select Live as the mode and click Connect to see if the standard (non-reusable) Stripe connection opens the authorization window correctly.
If the popup still never appears after trying a new connection name, different browsers, and disabling blockers, then the behavior is beyond what I can directly see or reset from here, and it will need a deeper check on your specific account and environment.
To move forward, please try the steps above and then let us know exactly what happens at the moment you click Connect with Stripe (for example, whether any small icon appears in the address bar, or if there is any message in the browser about blocked popups), so we can continue troubleshooting based on that.
Our team will be glad if you can try these steps and then tell us what changed or what you see now so we can continue from there.
