HOW CAN I HAVE MY ARCHIVE TAB BACK

Chaque fois que je veux voir mes archives je dois demander à PODO AI de me les montrer. Sinon ils sont cachés. Avant j'avais toujours accès. LÀ les onglets archives et trash sont cachées.

JE SUIS TRÈS MÉCONTENTE de ce nouveau comportement.

Now, coming back to your question, it’s easy to recover archived submissions in Jotform Inbox. Let me show you how to do that:

1. In Jotform Inbox, click on the Three Lines icon on the upper-right side of the page.

2. Then, in the Dropdown menu, click on Archive or Trash to open and add the Archive and Trash tab.

3. On the left side of the screen, tick the boxes next to the submissions you want to restore.

4. Next, click on the Three Dots icon below the search bar on the upper-left side of the page.

5. Now in the menu that opens, click on Move to Inbox.

Submissions that have been archived within your Jotform Tables can be easily unarchived and returned to your main Table. Let me show you how to do it:

1. In the upper-left corner of your Jotform Submissions Table, click on the Three Dots icon on the right side of the tab.
2. Then, select Archive Entries or Trashed Entries.
3. In the window that opens up, tick the Checkbox next to the Submission that you want to unarchive, or tick the Checkbox for Select All to select all of them.
4. Now, click on Restore to send the submissions back to your Jotform Tables.
