lotfinnefti98Hello, I have a public lead generation form that will be used for Facebook/Instagram advertising. An automatic CAPTCHA appears during submission, which creates friction and may reduce my conversion rate. I would like to request that my account/form be whitelisted or that the automatic CAPTCHA be disabled if possible. Thank you.

Podo: Spécialiste assistanceCAPTCHA is a security measure that helps protect forms from spam submissions and suspicious activity. It may appear automatically when there is a high volume of submissions in a short period of time, many submissions come from the same IP/network, VPN traffic is detected, or other activity looks unusual to the system.
If you manually added a CAPTCHA field and want to remove it:
- In Form Builder, click the CAPTCHA field.
- Click the Trash/Delete icon to remove it.
- Publish and test your form again.
If CAPTCHA appears automatically after submission, adding a manual CAPTCHA field can help prevent the automatic one from appearing and gives users a more predictable verification step.
Here's how:
- In Form Builder, click Add Element.
- Go to the Basic tab.
- Drag and drop the CAPTCHA element into your form.
- Click the Gear icon next to the CAPTCHA field.
- Select the CAPTCHA type you want to use.
- Save your changes.
You can check out our guide about How to Add a CAPTCHA to Your Form for more information.
If many people will submit the form from the same place, such as tablets, kiosk mode, training sessions, public events, or the same office network, avoid strict duplicate-submission settings based on IP. For example, if you use Unique Submission, avoid strict Cookies and IP checks when many legitimate users share the same network.
Using a manual CAPTCHA field can also make the verification appear in a more predictable place on the form.
If you don't want any CAPTCHA to appear and your account is eligible, you can complete account verification from Account Settings > Data > User Verification Form.
Once verification is completed, security measures on the account may be reduced, including CAPTCHA behavior. However, due to data privacy and legal requirements, some privacy settings may need to remain enabled after KYC verification to protect submissions and sensitive information. This includes the Require Log-in to View Uploaded Files option under the Security section of your Account Settings.
If you want, we can provide more information about the KYC process in Jotform.
