J'ai supprimé des données et formulaires mais le quota disque utilisé n'est pas actualisé.

Actuellement mes données ne devraient plus dépasser mon quota mais le blocage persiste toujours.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It appears that you have exceeded your upload space limit still. Your upload space usage is currently at 129.13 GB. If you want to free up the upload space, you may delete the submissions received to your Jotform with uploaded files. Please note that the deletion of submissions is a permanent action and the deleted submissions cannot be recovered in anyway. So, we always recommend downloading your submissions first. After deleting your submissions, please clear your trashed entries as well.
If the upload space won't update after doing the tasks above, kindly let us know.

I have recalculated your upload space and your account is no longer overlimit. Your current usage is 97.88 GB.
