Thanks for getting back to us. You can directly change the text. Just open your form in your Form Builder, click the text, and replace it accordingly. See demo below.

Si vous utilisez l'élément Téléchargement de fichiers, par défaut les personnes peuvent envoyer plusieurs photos. Si vous utilisez un autre éléments, il se peut que cela ne soit pas possible ou nécéssite un ajustement. Dans ce cas, est-ce que vous pourriez nous donner l'élément que vous utilisez?
