    On ne reçoit pas le code de 6 chiffres dans notre courriel pour pouvoir se connecter.

    I have checked on our end and noticed your account is active and working fine. I have flushed your login attempts from our end. Can you please try to log in now and check if it works? Also, please confirm, if you tried to log in to your account from different devices, networks, or locations.
