Unfortunately, our system only accepts alphanumeric, underscore (_), and without spaces. Please share with us 3 possible usernames, listed based on priorities. We will change to the first available username.

Please also note that if you have utilized any custom URL, the old custom URL will no longer be accessible, so you will need to generate a new custom URL and share it with the respondent again.
