Now, let me help you with your question. This is related to the Jotform approval flow, I believe you create a flow by mistake on your form. This is not needed to use your forms, so you can disable it if you're not using them. To disable it, please follow this guide:
- On form builder, click on settings at the top of the page.
- Click on the approval flows on the left side of the page.
- Hover the mouse over the existing approval flow, click on the gear icon, and click to disable.
After disabling the approval flow, you should not receive any more of these e-mails.
