I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
To help you with your question, we've received similar reports recently from other customers too so we've gone ahead and reported the same to our developers. We've also recently heard back from our Developer Team that they've solved the problem, so it should all be working fine now. Can you give it a try and see how it goes?

We Still have trouble with our forms. Some people are not able to add there picture and videos in the form.
