Bonjour, j'ai effectué par votre intermédiaire un paiement avec ma mastercard (carte de crédit). Confirmation avec QRcode de mon application téléphonique.
La fenêtre loading ne se ferme pas et ne me renvoie pas vers le site du commerçant.
Que faire ?

If yes, you will have to contact the owner of this form and ask them if you are having issues with your payment. If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better?

Thanks for getting back to us. I'm sorry that you experienced this issue. If there are two payments that were charged to you, you can ask the owner of the form that you are having an issue on their form so that they can refund you. You can contact them by replying to the email notification that you receive after submitting the payment form.
Also, you can try asking them to create a forum thread from the Contact Us page that there is an issue on their form.
