How to send a customized message to the users

Buongiorno, abbiamo da poco effettuato una registrazione nella vostra piattaforma, e ne siamo entusiasti.

Abbiamo creato il 1° modulo per la registrazione ad un evento e ci chiedevamo, se fosse possibile personalizzare il messaggio di avvenuta registrazione ( anche in un piano a pagamento)

, cioè se fosse possibile sincronizzare la piattaforma a microsoft 365.

Now, let me help you with your question. You can simply customize the registration message through your Autoresponder Email that's sent to the user after they submit your form. Let me show you how:

First, you should create an autoresponder email:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
3. Now, click on Add an Email.
4. Then, select Autoresponder Email.
5. Customize the options the way you want them, and you’re done.
