Salve,
avevo creato un modulo nominato Sopralluogo OVS e per un supporto chiesto alla AI è stato modificato in Modulo di Inserimento Codice Negozio, avrei bisogno che il modulo Sopralluogo OVS venisse ripristinato. Grazie.

Restoring the deleted assets from your Workspace is quick and easy. Let me show you how:

1. On your My Workspace page, at the bottom of the menu on the left, click on Trash.
2. In the upper-right corner of the page, click on the Type Dropdown menu.
3. Then, in the menu that opens, put a check in the box next to Select All to show all the deleted assets, and click anywhere on the page to close it.
4. Next, put checks in the boxes next to the assets you want to restore, and click on Restore in the top-left corner of the page.

Now, coming back to your question. You can use the Revision History feature that lets you revert your form back to an older version you select. Let me show you how to use it:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Circular Arrow icon at the top middle of the page to open the Revision History menu.
2. In the menu on the right side of the page, select the version you want to restore the form to. 
3. Now, just click on Revert next to the version you select, and then close the Revision History menu in the top right corner.
