    ho già creato le condizioni di invio ma non funzionano: in a specifiche condizioni dovrebbero essere inviate o l'una o l'altra mail, ma non viene inviata nè l'una nè l'altra

    As for your issue, I saw that you're not receiving your Autoresponder email. I've cloned your form and tested it to see if I can replicate the issue on my end, but it is working as expected. Check out the screenshot below:

    As you can see, I was able to receive the Autoresponder email. Can you try using an SMTP email address as your sender email? Let me show you how to do it:

    1. Go to the Settings page while logged in to your Jotform account and click on Add Sender Email in the Sender Emails section.

    2. In the window that opens, select Custom and click on the Continue button.

    3. Enter your email provider's details, click on Send Test Email to check if it’s set up correctly, and then click on Save.

    la mail di test viene ricevuta correttamente. ricevo anche la mail 1 di auto risposta che contiene un link edit per poter rientrare nel modulo e completarlo con altri dati: se compilo e invio modulo con dati relativi a Privato devo ricevere la 2 mail di risposta automatica PRIVATO , se compilo e invio modulo con dati relativi a Azienda devo ricevere la 2 mail di risposta automatica Azienda, ma le mail 2 non vengono spedite

    credo che le condizioni che fanno inviare le mail 2 di risposta automatica non siano correttamente configurate ma non capisco qual è l'errore
