Modulo: Impedire la modifica dei dati dopo l'invio tramite link di modifica

adesso ti chiedo come risolvo questa situazione: come posso impedire che i dati inseriti in questo modulo non vengano più modificati? adesso se si entra nuovamente dal link edit nella mail 1 si riesce a modificare i dati inseriti nella fase 2

Now, coming back to your question, you can remove the edit link on the form, so users will not be able to edit the submission. You can easily remove the Edit Link in your Autoresponder Email. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings. 
2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
3. Hover your mouse over your Autoresponder Email and click on the Pencil icon to customize it.
4. In the Email Content window, scroll down and remove the Edit Link, and then click on Save at the bottom.

FASE 1. Utente RWL compila dati del donatore inserendo nel modulo 1 - Nome e Cognome - email - cellulare - importo donazione - modalità donazione: (bancomat / carta di credito - bonifico) - data (precompilata)

FASE 2. Donatore riceve mail automatica 1 con testo ringraziamento e un link a cui accedere al modulo 1 con riepilogo dei dati (non modificabili) inseriti nella fase 1 al momento della donazione e visualizzando la scelta PRIVATO/ AZIENDA nella stessa mail può aggiungere

• se seleziona PRIVATO appaiono altri campi da compilare ( 1. il suo codice fiscale 2. data e luogo di nascita 3. indirizzo di residenza)
• se seleziona AZIENDA per ricevere ricevuta 1. ragione sociale azienda 2. indirizzo sede legale 3. piva e cf dell'azienda

dopo aver inviato i dati donatore riceve automaticamente la mail 2 con i dati inseriti con testi diversi per privato o azienda 

dopo che ha compilato tutti questi dati (PRIVATO o AZIENDA) il modulo non deve più essere modificabile, cioè se riaccedo al modulo dal link edit della mail automatica 1 della FASE 2 se i dati sono già inseriti non devono poter essere modificabili

se attivo queste condizioni però nel caso di Partita IVA compilata dal link riesco comune a modificare la piva (gli altri campi sono disabilitati

la stessa cosa succede per la data di Nascita

se disabilito anche la PIVA dopo che ho inserito un solo numero nella piva il campo diventa disabilitato : non va bene così

Vorrei che dopo aver completato il campo PIVA e inviato il modulo non poter più modificare anche quel campo

I have been performing some tests, and it's not possible to prevent the condition from triggering when the field is partially filled. This means that even if the user types only 1 character, the condition will trigger and the corresponding fields will be disabled.

An alternative is to add a check box confirming that the user is done filling out the fields; this way, the desired fields can be blocked properly. Here are the steps:

1. On the Form Builder, add a Multiple Choice element to your form. This should be placed under the Partita IVA and Data di nascita fields.

2. Edit the corresponding condition, and add the recently added Multiple Choice element.

3. Make sure to change the condition to trigger only if all the rules are matched.

By adding this new field, the users will confirm they are done with the changes, and disabling the fields only after the user's confirmation.
