    Hi Emmanuelle,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform support. To send an email template containing the same Language chosen in the form, you must create multiple email templates and send them by conditional logic. Once you have created the Italian email and the French email, setting up the conditional logic is easy — let me show you how to do it:

    1. In the Form Builder, go to the Settings tab.
    2. Click Conditions on the left panel.
    3. Choose Change Email Recipient from the options.

For example, if you’re making a confirmation email in Italian, you can specify that condition and then create that condition in the options and have the email sent in the language you specified.gNifF0Aj0dYrIdOca3gvO8WjwGZWDibGmZ7uJztp Screenshot 21

Here’s a guide on how to send the correct email based on the language that is used.

Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.
