Allow users to answer questions with images

Create a more engaging form experience for your users with Jotform’s Image Choices Widget. This widget lets you replace text with a series of images that users can choose from when answering a question. Simply upload your images to a web location, then link to them in the widget settings panel. Once configured, the widget will present one question at a time — and advance to the next question once a user has selected an answer.
