I have a question regarding sending the update. I think the mailt template does not look good. Is it not possible to create a link from the submitted form and use it in a template?

    Hi Ton,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, you need to manually customize your PDF document directly on the PDF Editor so that it would look like your actual form. Any changes you make will be applied directly to the files to be downloaded. Let me show you how to do it:

    • In PDF Editor, click on the Add Element menu on the left side of the page.
    • Under the Basic Elements tab, scroll down the list to the Form Elements section.
    • Here, you can add, remove, or edit the form fields you want shown on the PDF.

    • Under the Form Fields tab, left-click on the fields you want to use to add them to your PDF.

If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better?

Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.
