Account Settings: How to Delete Account on Mobile

    I am experiencing difficulty in unsubscribing and deleting my account. I only see the Workspace page and cannot find the option to delete my account in the settings. I am using a mobile device. Despite looking through the settings, I do not see any option to delete my account. My email associated with the account is damladogru@live.nl and my name is Damla. I would like my account to be deleted as soon as possible.

    Hi Damla,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you want to delete your account, you can do that easily on both the Jotform Mobile App and the mobile browser. Let me show you how:

    If you are using the Jotform Mobile App:

    1. Tap on the Gear icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
    2. Tap on Edit Profile.
    3. Tap on Delete Account.

    If you are using a mobile browser:

    1. Go to the My Account Settings page.
    2. Tap on Settings to open the menu.

    3. Tap on Account.

    4. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and tap on Delete My Account.
