How to reset form fields based on selected product in a Drop Down field

Bonjour,

j'aimerai savoir si c'etait possible quand on change de "produit " (avec mon menu déroulant produit)

que le formulaire se réinitialise automatiquement. Si je veux un certain produit et ensuite je change j'aimerai que les formulaire s'efface.

Yes, you can show/hide your form fields based on which product your users selects in a drop down field:

After that, if you also want the values from the hidden fields to be cleared/erased as soon as the fields are hidden, you can achieve that by opening the Preferences of your form:

Once there, click on the Advanced tab, Show More, and change the Clear Hidden Field Values option to Clear On Being Hidden:
