Account login nicht möglich und kein Zugriff auf die Formulare

    Warum kann ich nicht mehr auf meinen Account und Formulare zugreifen. Benötige schnell wieder einen zugriff.

I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

I checked your account associated with this form that you shared with us, and it appears that the account is suspended due to asking for credit card credentials, which is against our Terms of Use. We need your permission to remove offensive fields from your forms in order to activate your account.
