Entfernung englischer Text aus Jotform

in meiner Jotform ist - siehe Anhang- ein "3 Questions" enthalten, was für meine Deutschen Nutzer unprofessionell ist. Wie kann ich das ausblenden?

• To edit the Welcome page, click on Add/Edit Welcome Page at the top of your form.
• Delete the question field from your welcome page.
