ich möchte gerne 3 Formulare, die Neupatienten momentan auf Papier ausfüllen und unterschreiben müssen, digitalisieren. Ist es möglich, dass Neupatienten auf ihren eigenen Handys Stammdatenblatt, Anamnesebogen und Datenschutzerklärung ausfüllen und unterschreiben, und das DSGVO-konform?
