    Hi K. Strathus,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

As for your question about the error message, can you try to delete the PayPal payment field in your form and then add a new one? Don't worry about the product, it will be automatically recreated. Then, reconnect your PayPal account after that. Here's how to do it:

    1. In Form Builder, select the Payment field, and click on the trash icon to delete it.
    2. Then, click on the Add Form Element on the left, and go to the Payments tab.
    3. Click or drag the PayPal payment gateway.

As you can see, your product is automatically added. Also, as you have zero submissions for your form, it is safe to delete the payment field and proceed with this.

Give it a try and let us know if you need more help.
