Unable to integrate with PayPal Business

    Hallo,

    ich habe heute das Formular für Frau Gabi Maierhofer mit ihrem PayPal Account verbunden und es wurde mir gemeldet, das die Verbindung erfolgreich durchgeführt wurde. Doch jetzt sehe ich auf der Website immer noch eine Fehlermeldung und als ich in den Account hier gehe, sehe ich, das das Formular nicht verbunden ist? Was geschieht hier?

    Oder kann man ein Formular nur mit einem PayPal Account verbinden, in diesem Falle mit meinem? Man kann doch jedes neue Formular mit einem anderen PayPal Account verbinden, oder?

    Now, let me help you with your question. I checked the form, and it looks like you have not yet connected the form to the PayPal integration. Please click the blue connect button.

    Since you are using the PayPal Business integration, please note that in order for the PayPal Business Integration to work properly, you need to have a merchant account already set up. Can you please confirm if your PayPal account is of Business type and have a merchant account set up? Please make sure that is the case for the PayPal account you're using to connect your form so that it can accept payments. Please double-check the account settings of your PayPal account.

    If the issue still persists after making sure that the PayPal account is a business type account, then try switching from PayPal Business to PayPal Checkout. Here is how to connect with PayPal Checkout:

    • In Form Builder, click Add Form Element in the top-left part of the builder.
    • Go to Payment Tab and click the three dots.
    • Click Switch to another Gateway.

    • Choose PayPal Checkout from the list and click Use Selection.

    • After that, connect your form to PayPal Checkout.
