Now, coming back to your question, the limit for Notification Email for Starter plan is only one Email Notification with one recipient can be used. But if you upgrade your plan to all Standard Paid Plans (Bronze, Silver, and Gold), you can create as many Notification/Autoresponder Mails as you want, but with the limitation of 10 email recipients for each Notification setting, and a total of 100 emails sent per hour and 1000 emails per day.
