Eigenes PDF auf Dankeschön Seite

    Liebes Jotform Support Team,


    ich habe gesehen, dass es die Möglichkeit gibt ein PDF-Dokument auf der Danke Seite zu hinterlegen. Ich habe diese Dokument Testweise im PDF-Editor erstellt.


    Wie ist es möglich ein bereits fertiges PDF-Dokument hochzuladen und dieses auf der Danke Seite zu hinterlegen?

    Hi Jan, thank you for reaching us.

    If you are referring to PDF that is automatically generated upon your user's submissions, then you may do so by enabling PDF option on the Thank You page. However, you will need to create a PDF first on our PDF Editor.

    Hi Jessica,

    thank you for getting back to me.

    For some reason my menu looks completely different from the one in your screenshot. I do not see any option buttons such as "add file" nor do I have the upper bar for text editing.

    What I would love to do is upload a pre created pdf file and add this one to the thank you page.

    To confirm, would you like to attach a PDF file or a PDF file of the user's submission?

    It seems like you have attached a PDF file of the user's submission download option within your form. If you would like to attach an outside PDF file, you may consider uploading the file on cloud storage such as Google Drive, Dropbox, etc, then added the link within your Thank You page.

    Let us know if this is not what you are referring to.
