Banned/closed account

    Hello,

    I‘ve been using Jotform yesterday to build out a form for my company when suddenly I got redirected to a page saying that I can‘t use it anymore due to suspicious activity on my IP (I don‘t remember the exact error message but basically my account got banned/is unavailable now).

    (Note: I created the account via Google with the following email address: tim@advaleads.com)

    I‘m currently traveling in Vietnam and regularly use a VPN and hence change IP from time to time — I assume this activity got flagged as suspicious in your system.

    Would it be possible to reactivate my account since one of the forms is quite critical for my work right now and the finalized version got only setup on Jotforms — I don‘t have a backup of the questionnaire.

    I truly appreciate your help!
