Suspension of paid account without any warning

    Hi,

    my account seems to have been suspended. Why?

    I am not aware of having violated any rules. It's actually just different contact forms.

    Apart from that, it is extremely customer unfriendly to simply deactivate the whole account without any notice, especially for paid accounts. An insulting way of proceeding!

    What account does are you talking about? The one you are posting with currently, is not suspended.

    thanks for the quick feedback.

    I have not been able to log in since last night, nor this morning. Every time I tried, I got the message "Login failed - SUSPENDED". 

    Also the forms did not work.

    Now it works again.

    Has the block been removed by someone else?

    Still, I need to know why the account was blocked. 

    And most importantly, you need to communicate something like this better. Simply blocking an account without informing the customer is not an option!

    Thanks for reaching back out to us. I answered your other thread here as well. It is enough to post one thread to the Forum. As to the reason your account was suspended, I have reached out to the responsible team to find an answer for you. I also forwarded toyur rightful input that things liek a suspension should be communicated better and in advance.

    We will get back to you as soon as we have some information about the cause for the suspension.
