Um Ihr Formular an dritte weiterzuleiten können Sie eine unerer vielen Veröffentlichungsfeatures nutzen. So können Sie das machen:

• In Ihrem Formular Generator klicken Sie auf den Veröffentlichen Tab in der orangenen Kopfzeile.
• Nun können Sie den Link in der Direkt Teilen Sektion kopieren und an Ihre Nutzer senden.
• Alternativ können Sie in der E-Mail Sektion diesen Link auch direkt as E-Mail weiterleiten.

Melden Sie sich erneut, sollten Sie weitere Fragen haben.

Danke für die Antwort. Gibt es eine Möglichkeit, dass dritte Personen, die unseren Link erhalten, ein weiteres Event von sich selbst einfügen können?

we want to send the form to a third party, especially our customers so they can have a vote about what event to book through us. It would be great if they could have the option to add other events to the voting! Is that possible?

Thanks for getting back to us. If you mean you would like to send each submission you receive to your email and other recipients, you can do that by adding them to the recipient list of the email notification template of a form. Please refer to this guide on how to send-notifications-to-multiple-recipients.

I mean that I want to send the whole form to a person, that probably does not have a jotform account. This person should be able to add another column to the form without having jotform access. Is that possible?

Thanks for getting back to us and for clarifying it. In order for others to access your submission data in your table or inbox you'll have to share them with them. If you don't want them to have to create an account, you'll need to change them to public and they'll be able to access it with the link. If they are private they'll need to create an account and then once shared they'll be able to view them when logged in to their account.

So if we set the form on public every person with a link can access it and customize the form?

Thanks for getting back to us. If you set your form to Public, everyone can fill out the form as long as you share the link with them. However, if you want your colleague to edit your form? You may assign the form to your colleague or if you want them to edit the form, you can set them as a collaborator. You can share a form with other users through Form Collaboration. You may share a collaboration link with others so you can simultaneously work on the same form. All changes are automatically uploaded so you always edit the most current version. Here’s how to do it:

1. In your Form Builder, click Add Collaborators found at the top right of the page.

2. Click Copy Link and share it with others.
