bei unserer Befragung kommt nichts im Posteingang an

    wir haben 2 Befragungen laufen und die Kundenantworten gehen nicht im Jotform Posteingang ein. leider ist es uns erst jetzt bei der erstelltung der 2. befragung aufgefallen. die erste läuft schon seit mai. wir bitte sie uns schnellstmöglich zu helfen

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are currently busy helping other Jotform users. I'll try to assist you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd prefer to receive support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Can you send me the link to your forms so I can take a look at them for you? Are you okay for me to make a couple of test submissions on the forms?
