I need the refund from Worldpay

Ich habe am 25.06.23 über Worldpay etwas bei Douglas bestellt. Dieser Artikel wurde storniert und das Geld soll am 28.06.23 zurücküberwiesen worden sein. Leider nichts zu sehen. Können Sie mir bitte helfen? Mit freundlichen Grüßen, Gottschalk

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

As for your concern, can you tell me if you filled out a form from Jotform? If so,  unfortunately, we are not affiliated with the form owner. If somehow you filled out a form and received an email after submitting it, you can directly reach out to the form owner by replying to that email or you can contact Worldpay Support about the money that was not returned to your account.
