Upgrading using bank withdrawal/Purchase Order.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    As for your question, can you explain a bit more about it so I can get a better idea of what's happening? Are you referring to if Jotform accepts payment online? If so, collecting payments online is possible by Jotform by integrating your payment form into one of our payment processors.

    Hi Ina,

    thanks for your reply.

    I wondered if we can also pay by bank withdrawl. BUt I already found a way to manage that over a company credit card and recieved the invoice over your system online.

    That is fine for me.

    If I may add a suggestion, it would be fine to have a PDF download posiibility for the Invoice, to have an easy way to submit it for our acountance.

    For now I printed the PDF from the website.

    Hi Kai,

    Thanks for getting back to us. Just to confirm, are you referring to upgrading your account by check or purchase order? If so, we are no longer offering the purchase order payment option. If you wish to switch to a different plan, you must pay by credit/debit card or PayPal.

    As for your second question, I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers, but when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
