Field data is missing when exported to Excel

    Liebes Jotform-Team,

    wir haben eine Abfrage gestartet "Abfrage Weihnachten & Neujahr Öffnungszeiten" und beim Export fehlen einige Spalten. Online sind alle Sachen angegeben und beantwortet worden, nur in der Excel sind die Spalten dann leer. Bedeutet, ich muss dann jetzt jeden Standort einzeln mir anschauen, was ausgefüllt wurde und dann die Excel händisch überarbeiten. Gibt es da eine Lösung für? Haben wir etwas falsch angelegt?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. When I cloned and tested your form, everything worked the way it was supposed to. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:

    Like you see in the screenshot above, all the fields are filled in the Excel Sheet. I've cleared the cache of your forms, can you try again? Can you go ahead and try it again and let us know how it goes? If the same thing happens again, we'll investigate it more to see if we can figure out what's going on.

    Hey Chris,

    thank you for your help! I send you a screenshot. The columns are empty.. maybe we chose something wrong in the query?

    Hi Fenja,

    Thanks for getting back to us. I see that the field Öffnungszeiten am 24.12. is not set to required. This means your form users can submit the form without populating the field. If you want to set the field to required, you can do that in just a few steps. Let me show you how:

    • In Form Builder, select the Öffnungszeiten am 24.12. and click on the Gear icon.
    • Under the General tab, toggle the Required switch to On. That's it.
