    Bonjour,

    Hi CMODULAIRE,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know but you have to wait until they're available again.

If you want to track submissions with Google Analytics, you can use the Google Analytics widget on your Jotform and then import them to Google Ads. This widget allows you to add your Google Analytics tracking ID to your form and send custom events to Google Analytics. You can add them by following the steps below:

    • In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu and go to the Widgets tab.
    • Search for the Google Analytics widget and drag and drop it to your form.

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
    2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Thank You Page.
    3. Click on Redirect to an external link after submission.
    4. Enter your Google Ads conversion tracking code.

You can get the source code of your form and embed it on your website to set up a GTM account and add the GTM code to your form code. You also need to configure your Google Analytics account to track conversions. Here's the guides that you can check out:

Let us know if you have any other questions.
