I can't click next due to the errors on form.

About the issue, are you referring to this form? I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate it, but everything was working properly. If you encounter an error you need to check if there are required fields that you missed to fill out. Required fields need to be answered before we can click next. I have cleared your form cache. Can you go ahead and try it again? If the same thing happens again, Please share a video recording using Loom explaining the issue step by step. This will help us better understand what's happening and help you with the solution.
