    Bonjour,


    J'espère que vous allez bien ?

    J'ai un problème sur la réception des données via Make.com Quand des fichiers sont téléchargés les arrays sont affichés brut et certaines données de tableaux de saisis ne sont pas disponibles.

    Quand aucun fichier n'est présent. Tout est disponible.


    Pourriez-vous m'aider ?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, to confirm, when the files are uploaded, some of the data are missing on the Submission Table? If you can take a screenshot of what’s happening, that will help us to better understand what’s going on. We have a guide about how to do that here.  In addition, can you verify your scenario's settings again, starting with the API key you used to connect to Jotform?
