Now, coming back to your question, are you referring to the form Commande de Plantons 2023 - tout Public? If yes, you can enable the form in the form settings. Let me walk you through the steps below:

• Open your form in Form Builder, and in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
• Choose the Form Settings from the left side of the panel.
• Click on the Disable option in the Form Status, then choose Enable from the dropdown. That's it.
