Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It appears that the hidden fields are included in the Show/Hide Field conditional logic. As a result, if the condition is not met, the fields are shown. Here's how to fix it:

1. Click Settings in Form Builder.
2. Go to the Conditions tab.
3. Hover your mouse over the Show/Hide Field conditional logic and click the Pencil icon to edit.
4. Remove the 'Total' and 'Régler votre PAF' fields in the Hide Multiple.
5. Click Save.

You can test my demo form or clone it to see the changes made in the cloned form.
