Still getting an error message after deleting submissions

    Bonjour,

    J'ai fait supprimé des soumissions dans mes formulaires Jotform et cela me m'indique : "Vous avez dépassé la limite de espace de téléchargement" et cela me bloque mon accès aux formulaires !

    Pouvez-vous régler le problème svp ?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, your account is currently using 74.16 MB of your account's Upload Space, which is below the limit. I was able to access your forms without any issues. Try to clear your browser's cache, or use an incognito to check your forms.
