Pourquoi le nombre de paiement autorisé par mois ne s'est pas remis à 0 ?

    Bonjour,

    Nous sommes le 1er mai et le nombre de paiement autorisé dans mon plan débutant est toujours à 6/10. Quand est-ce qu'est réinitialisé le nombre de paiement accepté ?

Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, can you please check your account's monthly reset date? Since it differs per user, you may have a different date showing up in your account. Let me show you how to check it:

    1. Click your profile avatar in the top right corner of your My Forms' page.
    2. Next, click Settings.
    3. On the left panel, click Usage.
    4. From there, you will see the date on when your monthly usage will reset.

    If it is still not the date you're expecting, you may wait a bit more time for it to fully reset. I suggest upgrading to a higher plan to get more usage space. You can also check this link to know more about account usage and limits.

    Thank you, indeed it is supposed to be on the 1st of June but I already have 6 payment registed (when I had only 1 payment today). I will wait a bit and come back to you if it does not change.
