Account login: Unable to receive password reset email

    Bonjour,

    J'ai créé un formulaire avec l'adresse : collectif.mal-loti@protonmail.com. Malgré l'enregistrement du mot de passe, je ne parviens pas à me connecter. J'ai demandé à recevoir un mail pour réinitialiser, mais je n'ai rien reçu après plusieurs tentative, ni dans ma boite de réception ni dans les spams. Comment faire pour accéder à mon compte ?

    Our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, I see that you are having an issue with your account login. I have checked our system for an account associated with your email address and there were no active account, only a Guest account. In our email logs, I was not able to see any account creation, password reset or any email delivered to that email address either.

    Can you share the form ID or any screenshot about the form you created? Perhaps you might have used another email address while creating the form/account? A screenshot or recording of what’s happening would help us figure this out. You can use Loom or upload to Google Drive or Dropbox, then send us the link. We’ve also got a guide explaining how to send us a screenshot.
