Bonjour,
J'essaie de téléchargement l'ensemble des données liées à formulaire. Je reçois un email avec un lien de téléchargement mais lorsque je clique dessus j'obtiens la page ci-dessous:
Pouvez-vous m'aider c'est urgent.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The issue could be related to your account privacy setting, which requires you to log in to your Jotform account to access downloaded files.
I would suggest you to please uncheck Require log-in to view uploaded files privacy form your account setting page as shown in the screencast below:
