Multi-page form: Rename page name to a custom name

Comment renommer les pages d'un formulaire svp ?

Je souhaite remplacer les noms "Page 1" "Page 2" "Page 3" etc...

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform support. Unfortunately you can't rename the page label. I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developer Team. When or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

As a suggestion, you may also check the Form Tabs Widget. The widget allows you to rename the page titles and create a navigation tab on your form. Check the attached screenshot:
