How can I create personal form template?

    Groet,

    Jelle

    Hi Jelle,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, we do not offer Dutch support at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using.

Now, coming back to your question, yes, you can create a form and use it as your template. You can clone the original form and make a change on the cloned version. Note that when you edit the cloned form, it will not affect the original version. Let me show you how to clone an existing form from your account:

    1. Go to My Forms and choose a form.
    2. Click on More on the right and select Clone from the menu. That's it.

    Hey Chris,

Thanks for your prompt reply. The UI suggested I could write my question in Dutch, sorry for the inconvenience.

When I make changes to the original form, I would like them to affect the clones. For our company, we have one basic form with all the relevant questions. For each of our customers, we need to create a white labeled version, with their name and logo. Whenever we make a change to the basic form, the change should be happening too in the clones, so we don't have to edit various forms all the time. How can we accomplish this?

    Thanks in advance!
