RontwerpWhen I invite people via email to start using the app I made, they receive an email that is mostly in English (except for the custom message I can type myself).
Is there a way to change this email template to my own language (Dutch)?
The same goes for the login/register form, it is entirely in English. Is it possible to localize this to Dutch as well?
Kind regards

Podo: Support AI AgentHi Ron,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Let me help you with that:
Jotform supports multiple languages, including Dutch (Nederlands). You can change the language of the app interface, including the login and registration forms, by setting your preferred language in your account settings or by selecting it from the footer on the page.
However, the email invitation templates sent when you invite people to use your app are mostly in English by default, except for the custom message you can type yourself. Currently, there is no direct option to fully customize the entire email template language to Dutch beyond the custom message you add.
Here’s how to set the language for your Jotform interface to Dutch:
- Go to Account Settings in your Jotform account.
- Find the Language section and click Edit.
- Select Dutch (Nederlands) from the list and save your settings.
This will localize the app interface, including login and registration forms, to Dutch.
For the email invitations, you can only customize the message part in Dutch, but the rest of the email template remains in English.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Shaina_DHi Ron,
Changing the content of your Autoresponder Email to your preferred language is easy. Let me show you how:
1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top, click on Settings.
2. Now, in the menu on the left, click on Emails.
3. Then, hover your mouse over the Autoresponder Email, and click on the Pencil icon.4. In the Email Content section, you can select all the text by pressing the CTRL + A key on your keyboard for Windows, or CMD + A key for Mac and then delete it if you want to change everything.
5. Next, enter the content of the email you’d like your form users to receive after they submit the form.
6. You can also click on Form Fields from the Email Content’s navigation bar to dynamically display the data.
7. Once you are done setting up the Email Content, you can click on Save. You can check out our guide on How to Edit Notification and Autoresponder Emails to learn more. If that’s not quite what you’re looking for, can you share a bit more info so I can help you better?Once we hear back from you, we can help you sort this out.

RontwerpHi Shaina,
I'm talking about the registration form (login/sign in) and e-mail forms for the App builder (not the Form builder). And also another question.
Within the App builder is it possible to change the menu color at the bottom of the App? Standard it's purple (see image), but I want it to be red.

NilsuHi Rontwerp,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform. You need to change the language from Form Builder, not in App Builder. Because notification and autoresponder emails are connected to your forms. To do this, you can follow the steps Shaina suggested.
For your second question, I separated your other question into a new thread so we can focus on it properly. You can view and follow it here.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

RontwerpHi Nilsu,
Thanks for your response.
Either I’m not understanding it correctly, or I simply can’t find the option. Let me clarify my question:
- In the App Builder, I created an app (not a form).
- I set the app to Private Access, because I want users to log in or register first to acces the App..
- I send them the access link.
- When they click the access link, the login screen appears. This screen is in English (see image 1), and I would like to have it in Dutch.

-When they choose to register, a new screen opens (see image 2). I would also like to change this screen to Dutch.

In the Form Builder → Email Templates, I don’t see these two templates anywhere.
Or am I just completely missing something? :-)

RontwerpThe same applies to the email message they receive (see image 3). I would like that email to be in Dutch as well.

RontwerpI see what you meant Shaina.
The App will automaticly change it to Dutch when you said:
"This will localize the app interface, including login and registration forms, to Dutch."
So problem solved :-)
Thanks!
