er wordt geen informatie meer weergegeven bij ingezonden formulieren op mijn mobiele app (ipad). er staat alleen datum ingezonden. mijn ipad is geupdated naar de recentste ios update en afsluiten/uitloggen helpt ook niet. in de web browser zie ik wel de details van de ingezonden formulieren.

Now, coming back to your question,
I can show you how to sync your data on the Jotform Mobile App. Let's do it:
1. On your My Forms page, tap on the Gear icon in the top right corner of the screen to open Settings.

2. While in Settings, scroll down and tap on the Refresh icon in the Sync Your Data section.

If you want the app to refresh and get the latest data without any issues, you should enable the Background App Refresh feature for the Jotform App in your phone settings.

Thank you for the reply. I did both the refreshing and checked my settings,
but it still doesn’t work unfortunately. Is there anything else I can do?

It now seems that this happened to all the form submissions that have ever
been sent. I cannot get any data anymore in the mobile app on my iPad. I
really do need this fixed as soon as possible for my work. Can you please
help me with this?
