ik krijg steeds een herrindering mail om een datum te plannen (formulier) ik krijg het automatisch mailtje niet gestopt

I've cleared your form caches; your forms are now refreshed. The only way to stop the reminder email is by deleting it. Are you still getting reminder emails even through, you've deleted it? Can you check in your form and make sure you are checking the correct form for the reminder email? Clearing your form caches can be helpful in such situation. But, it isn't done automatically, it's easy to do it manually. You can clear your account’s form cache in a few easy steps. Here’s how to do it:

1. On your Workspace page, click on your Profile Picture/Avatar on the top-right side of the screen.
2. In the menu that opens, click on Settings to open your Account Settings page in a new browser tab.
3. Now, on the right side of the Form Caches section, click on Clear Cache.

The reminder comes from the workflow of form  https://eu.jotform.com/form/252656527852062 and it is set to be sent out to 3 rounds if the form is not completed.

To prevent this, you can update your form settings by removing the Remind After option or by disabling Send Reminder Emails.
